Project Overview

This Bulverde smart home automation project transformed a modern residence into a fully integrated, intelligent living space. The client wanted the ability to control lighting, climate, security, and entertainment systems from a single app or touchscreen interface throughout their home.

Our team designed and installed a comprehensive automation system that integrates all major home systems. Lighting can be controlled individually or in scenes, climate control adjusts automatically based on time and occupancy, security cameras and door locks are monitored remotely, and the entertainment system can be controlled from anywhere in the home. All systems communicate seamlessly through a central hub.

The installation included running low-voltage wiring throughout the home, programming custom automation scenes and schedules, integrating with existing security systems, and training the homeowners on all features and capabilities. The result is a home that anticipates the family's needs and simplifies daily life through intelligent automation.
