What We Do
We Handle Your AV Start to Finish. You Stay Out of It.
We meet with the homeowner during the design phase, spec the systems, show up for pre-wire on your schedule, coordinate with your site sups, complete rough-in and trim-out, program everything, and do the full homeowner walkthrough at move-in.
After that, we maintain the relationship. Questions after move-in go to us. Change orders after move-in go to us. You don't field AV calls.
We've operated this way for builders since 2001. It works because we're accountable — no subcontractors, no third-party labor, every job done by Kelly, Billy, or Julian.
Pre-Wire Scheduling
We coordinate with your supe and show up when the walls are open. No missed rough-in windows.

You make the introduction to your homeowner. We take it from there. We show up for pre-wire on schedule, coordinate with your subs, complete rough-in, and stay in communication with your site supervisor. At trim-out, we install, program, and walk the homeowner through every system. You get one less thing to manage and a homeowner who's happy with their AV.
Yes — completely. We meet with the homeowner during the design phase to understand what they want. We keep them informed during construction. We do the full walkthrough at the end. Any questions or adjustments after move-in come to us directly. You don't field AV calls.
Home theater, whole-house audio, outdoor audio and video, security cameras, distributed TV, structured wiring (networking and data), and any specialty AV the homeowner wants. We spec the pre-wire based on the homeowner's system goals and future-proof it where it makes sense.
