We don't fix things to generate a bill. We assess your system honestly and give you the most cost-effective path forward. Sometimes that's a repair. Sometimes it's a component swap. Sometimes it's an honest "replace it."
Home Theater Troubleshooting
Full system diagnostics — receiver, projector, display, speakers, sources, and control system. We find what's wrong and tell you what it takes to fix it.
Surround Sound Repair
Dead channels, calibration issues, receiver problems, speaker failures. We diagnose and repair or recommend replacement when repair isn't cost-effective.
HDMI & Connectivity Issues
HDMI handshake failures, 4K compatibility problems, signal distribution issues. More common than they should be — we've seen all of them.

Yes. We service and repair AV systems regardless of who installed them. If your home theater is acting up, your surround sound has stopped working, or your system needs recalibration, give us a call. We'll assess it honestly and tell you what's fixable and what it costs.
Receivers that won't power on, systems that won't communicate, speakers that have stopped working, HDMI handshake issues, projector problems, calibration that's way off, remote control failures, and system configurations that have never worked right. We also diagnose systems that were installed poorly and recommend the most cost-effective path to getting them working correctly.
Yes. We see a fair number of systems that were installed by someone who's no longer around, or that the homeowner inherited when they bought the house. We can assess the system, troubleshoot what's wrong, and either fix it or give you an honest recommendation on what's worth keeping.
We'll tell you. If a repair costs more than the equipment is worth, we say so. We don't fix things for the sake of billing — we tell you the most cost-effective path. Sometimes that's a repair. Sometimes it's replacing one component. Sometimes it's a full upgrade, and sometimes it's just a reconfiguration.
Yes. We come to you. Most AV problems are system-level issues — components talking to each other, room acoustics, mounting and placement — that need to be assessed in the actual space. We don't ask you to bring equipment to us.
